Ecuador, Carnival and my new PS2

Quite a while without blogging I know. First I guess I was just lazy about it and then there were some tecnical problems which had to be solved first... although there s quite a lot to say…


First of all my time in Ecuador was absolutely fantastic! It just flew by way too quickly! But it was great to seeing my Love again and all my friends. Although some things have changed, which I kind of knew already before, that for instance some people who were an important part of my live while living there wouldn’t be on spot anymore but still it was AWESOME to be back.


Tania and I did a lot of journeys; actually we spent most of the time out of Guayaquil.
First we went to the sierra (the highlands of Ecuador) where it is absolutely beautiful but bloody cold – and I m saying that as Swiss who is supposed to be used to the cold. But it s another kind of cold I guess. Well, when the sorrocho hit us – this is the word they use for the costenos (people from the cost) when they get sick because they go to the mountains and since I'm a costeno as well :-) it hit me quite hard with body ache, head ache and tiredness – so both of us hit by the sorrocho we say enough from the high, let's go to the beach. In Canoa we spend some wonderful time relaxing at the beach enjoying the sun, went then to Montanita to catch up with our friends for the weekend in the crazy surfers paradise of Ecuador.



It was so much fun!!! I just loved to dance Reggeaton, Salsa and Merengue again!!! The Latin fever hit me again!! Jajaja, and I can t wait for the next time :- ))


Since I m back I obviously went to the carnival in Lucerne, which was alright. But since we are not 16 anymore it s not the same kind of crazy shit that you do on carnival anymore… This little video is gonnashow you what best and only carnival in Switzerland is like...


I did some snowboarding up in the mountains which is prooved by this video. Since it's not THE BIG AIR you can believe me that it's me jumping around here...



And finally I must commit that I have a new addiction.
Nothing bad but I'm quite thrilled by it – which is my Play Station 2, a present from my Love to x-mas. Need for Speed has my full attention at the moment where I try to move up the blacklist in order to become the Nr. 1 racer of all times… jejeje
You should see my cars, they re just wicked!!

The bad thing about it is that after having raced in top speed cars for some 4 to 6 hours it s kind of boring sitting in Mum s car to drive in the 50 km/h zone, on the right side of the street, stopping on the shields and everything…

Well at least I know why I never had more than a Gameboy…
On the other hand having a Play Station is so much FUUUN…!!! All the gamers out there know what I m talking about, all the others have to try in order to understand

So now I m off, not for playing but for the catch u later drink I m gonna have with my dear friend Loschti who is going back to Colombia tomorrow
