Creating the Local Plan in Cuenca

After a though and really intense weekend I arrived this morning back in Guayaquil. And I'm actually really happy about it - and that has just one reason - the climate!
Due to my role as LC Coach of Cuenca it's the second time now that I've been in this wonderful city. And with it the second time I've been freezing my butt off all weekend long. Cause in Cuenca it's bloody cold - around 13 degrees!! :-) which is a huge shock for my body that is used now to daily degrees between 30 - 40ºC.

But beside that I really love being in Cuenca. The people are just awesome and I'd like to say a special thank to 'la casa Solis' which always offers me the warmest hospitality! I feel so much home there - it's wonderful!
Except some challenges with managing the agenda which is a result of the well known time issues such as being late, starting late and doing breaks longer then planned we achieved with the LC Plan a great output! We managed to work hard - extremly hard and play hard as well!!! And that really impressed and delighted me! You did great! And it's always a big pleasure to me being in Cuenca and working with you guys!
